Unrated Sections:
K-8 G/45;d5 (4 rounds)
Open G/45;d5 (4 rounds)

Registration:
Registration fee $35. Registration will be closed by midnight on 05/10/2024. Online registration only. There is no registration via email, phone, or on-site.

Cancellations are subject to a $3.00 handling fee per participant.

Players in USCF-rated sections must have an USCF ID.

If you are Hope Chinese School student, please enter your school campus name such as HCS-Herndon, HCS-Tysons, etc. to join your school team automatically.

Note:
Our chess tournament is subject to Fairfax County Public School policies. In case of inclement weather or emergency situation, we may need to cancel or reschedule the event. Please check www.fcps.edu for the latest information on school closings.

Format:
4 rounds: Swiss System - everyone plays 4 games
G/45;d5: 45 minutes per side, 5-second delay per move

Chess board will be provided.
Please bring your own chess clock.
